Sydney Heads

Sydney Heads, 2014, oil on canvas, triptych 90 x 180 cm.

This work was undertaken in studio as the culmination of four days of sketching and plein-air painting at Middle Head on Sydney Harbour.

The left panel is Middle Head, followed by North and South Heads on the right. Each panel is a separate scene, with the triptych imaginatively constructed to also work as one continuous panorama.
